- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial of Pro — no card required. Pick a plan when the trial ends; until you do, your account stays read-only with your data intact.
- Do I pay per user or per driver?
- Never. Every paid plan includes unlimited users — owners, dispatchers, and drivers. You pay a flat price for your plan's truck allowance, plus $15/month per extra active truck.
- What counts as a truck?
- Each active power unit on your account. Trucks marked inactive or in maintenance don't count toward your allowance.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings — changes are prorated.
- Is my paperwork secure?
- Documents are stored privately per account with access scoped to your team. You own your data and can export it — even if your subscription lapses.
