Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This policy explains what information LaneQuarters collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a general template and not legal advice.

Information we collect

Account information you provide — your name, email, company details, MC/DOT numbers, and the people you invite to your account.

Operational data you enter — loads, trip sheets, brokers, trucks, drivers, and the documents you upload (rate cons, BOLs, PODs).

Usage and device information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

To provide the platform: managing loads, sending automated check-ins and PODs on your behalf, and powering planning tools.

To secure your account, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that run the platform (for example, hosting, database, and email delivery) under contract and only as needed to operate the service.

When you send a check-in or POD, the relevant message and documents are delivered to the broker email address you choose.

Data ownership & retention

Your operational data is yours. You can access and export it, and request deletion of your account.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

Security

Access to account data is scoped to your team and protected with industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
