By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service in compliance with applicable laws and trucking regulations.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the loads, documents, and other data you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service — including sending check-ins and PODs to the broker addresses you specify.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for having the right to upload the documents you store.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Launch pricing may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no sending of content you don't have the right to send.

The service is provided “as is.” LaneQuarters is a tool to help you run your operation; it does not replace your professional judgment or your legal and regulatory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
